Nothing beats a finished basement as one of the most cost-effective ways of adding value to your home. A finished basement can provide you with more living space in the form of extra bedrooms, bathrooms or activity areas — or properly permitted and built — a second suite basement can provide you with additional income, and provide the critical first step on to the property ladder.

You could say we are capable. Very capable. Contrary to what others may have you believe however, a basement renovation can take as little as 2-weeks, or depending on the level of customization, more than a month. Furthermore, We only use basement appropriate mold-free materials such as metal framing, moisture resistant wallboard, and precision engineered laminate flooring. And we cover those materials with a transferable limited lifetime warranty. Our workmanship is also covered by a standard 2-year warranty and to protect our clients’ investment, we only work with permits, and independent municipal inspectors. This ensures you get exactly what you paid for…peace of mind. We like to think all the awards we have won help with that too!
